President

Zac joined the family business in 1994. He began his career with extensive hands-on experience in the field, developing a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the company’s operations. Over time, he transitioned into the office to further expand his expertise, gaining comprehensive knowledge of business management and strategic leadership. Today, as President, Zac oversees commercial execution, cultivates strong client relationships, and ensures long-term accountability across the organization. His leadership reflects a commitment to operational excellence, sustainable growth, and delivering value to partners. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Zac enjoys attending live music events, spending time outdoors, and exploring his passion for technology and computing.

Zeb Pettus

Vice President / Project Manager

Zeb joined the family business in 2002. Starting out, he focused on gaining hands-on field experience, building a strong foundation in the company’s core operations. He later advanced into the role of Estimator, where he developed a keen understanding of project planning and cost analysis. Today, Zeb serves as Project Manager, providing operational leadership across all phases of project delivery. He works closely with field crews, ensures successful project execution, and plays a key role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Zeb values quality time with his family. He is a devoted father, and his three daughters are a constant source of pride and joy, inspiring his strong commitment to both his work and personal life.

David Sturlic

Estimator

David joined our team in 2012 as a Journeyman, quickly distinguishing himself through his dedication, skill, and commitment to excellence. Over the years, he has progressed through key roles, including Project Manager and Estimator, consistently demonstrating an exceptional ability to balance precision with strategic insight. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering focus make him the ideal professional to ensure our bids are both accurate and highly competitive, delivering value and confidence to our partners. Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is passionate about embracing life’s experiences. He enjoys attending live music events, immersing himself in vibrant cultural moments, and exploring the outdoors through hiking, reflecting his love for both adventure and the natural world. Crystal Frye

Office Manager

Crystal joined the team in 2023 as Office Manager, bringing with her a diverse professional background in board game manufacturing. Since then, she has expanded her role to encompass both accounting and human resources, becoming an integral part of the company’s administrative and operational functions. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and adaptability contribute significantly to the efficiency and cohesion of the team. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys attending live music events, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and spending time with animals, reflecting her vibrant and well-rounded personality.

Krystal Zamudio

Office Assistant

Krystal joined the team in 2024 as an Office Assistant, where she plays a key role in supporting daily operations. She provides essential administrative support and helps facilitate clear communication and coordination across all areas of the business. Her reliability, attention to detail, and collaborative approach contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young daughters. She values family life and can often be found watching movies together or attending family gatherings, making the most of meaningful time with loved ones.

Jason Bowen

Warehouse Manager

Jason joined our team in 2022 as an Electrical Apprentice, quickly earning a reputation for his dedication, reliability, and hands-on approach. Recognizing his drive and organizational skills, he was promoted to Warehouse Manager, where he now plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From coordinating materials for job sites to managing inventory and even taking care of the occasional lawn duty, Jason ensures everything is in its place so the team can succeed. When he’s off the clock, Jason unwinds by gaming, supporting his favorite team, the Dallas Stars, and enjoying live music. His energy, commitment, and team spirit make him an invaluable part of our crew.
