Beginning his career in the 1990s, Zac worked his way up through the trade from helper to Master Electrician, gaining extensive hands-on experience across restaurants, fast-food, municipal projects, and fire stations. His field knowledge, combined with a natural understanding of emerging technology, positioned him to adapt quickly to the ever-changing ways of construction and systems integration. In the early 2000s, Zac advanced into the role of President and Master Electrician for K-D Electric. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, sustainable growth, and delivering long-term value to clients and project partners. Known for combining practical field experience with forward-thinking innovation, Zac continues to help guide the company toward modern solutions while maintaining the standards and reliability the business was built on.

Vice President / Project Manager

Beginning in 2002, Zeb joined the company and built a strong foundation working in the field, gaining hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of electrical systems and construction operations. He later transitioned into the role of Estimator, where he developed expertise in project planning, budgeting, and cost analysis. In 2025, Zeb transitioned into the role of Project Manager, his ability to understand projects from both the field and office perspectives makes him a valuable asset to clients and project teams alike. Today, he serves as both Vice President and Project Manager, helping guide operations, oversee projects, and support the company's continued growth. His experience in the field, estimating, and project management provides valuable insight that contributes to the success of every project.

Lead Estimator

David joined the company in 2012 as a Journeyman Electrician, working in the field and gaining valuable experience while developing a understanding of jobsite operations. As his career progressed, taking on many responsibilities as a Project Leader he wore many hats, helping coordinate projects, support field crews, manage schedules, and ensure successful project execution. Today, David is settling into his role as Lead Estimator, where he applies his extensive field knowledge and project experience to planning, budgeting, and cost analysis. His well-rounded background and practical approach help ensure accurate estimates and successful project outcomes, continuing to support the company's commitment to excellence.

Accounting/Office Manager

Crystal joined the team in 2023 as Office Manager, bringing with her a diverse professional background in game manufacturing. She has expanded her role to encompass both Accounting and Human Resources, becoming an integral part of the company's administrative and operational functions. Crystal's ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment has made her a valued member of the organization. She has a vibrant and well-rounded personality that helps foster strong relationships throughout the company and with clients alike. Whether coordinating office operations, supporting employees, or assisting the financial processes. She plays and important role in keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently.

Beginning in 2024, Krystal joined K-D Electric as an Office Assistant and quickly advanced into the vital role of Operations Assistant Coordinator. Through her reliability, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, she has become an integral part of the company's daily operations and continued growth. Krystal provides essential administrative and operational support while helping maintain clear communication and coordination across all areas of the business. Her professionalism, strong organization skills, and commitment to teamwork contribute greatly to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

Facility Logistics Manager

Jason began his electrical career in 2016, working on high-end residential projects where he developed strong technical skills and attention to detail. In 2022, he joined K-D Electric as an electrical apprentice and quickly demonstrated initiative, reliability, and strong organizational ability. Recognizing these strengths, the company promoted him into the role of Facility and Logistics Manager, where he plays a key part in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. In his role, Jason has helped optimize warehouse organization, oversee facility equipment, and develop a warehouse management system tailored to the company's operational needs. His forward-thinking approach and commitment to efficiency continue to support both field productivity and long-term organizational success.
